If you agree with the price, request for Proforma Invoice. Proforma Invoice is official document inviting you proceed with the purchase. Upon issuance of Proforma Invoice, vehicle will be placed on hold for 3 days.

Once you receive the invoice, kindly acknowledge us by replying the email. Check your details and advise if any correction needed. Vehicle details with price breakdown, company details and our bank details will be furnished on the invoice.

You can proceed with payment by Telegraphic Transfer (TT), bank details are provided on the invoice. Once funds are transferred, please email us with TT copy or payment proof. 

Upon receipt of fund in our account, an Official Commercial/Sale Invoice will be emailed as payment confirmation. We will then arrange the shipment.

Booking confirmation with vessel details, ETA and EDD will be emailed to preplan yourself. If your country requires inspection, we will proceed with inspection.

Two days prior to vessel departure, vehicle will be packed in container/RORO vessel. Once vessel depart, an email will be sent to you confirming vehicle has departed Singapore shores and on the way to you.

Shipping company will provide us Original Bill of Ladings in 7 days after vessel departure. We will email you scan copy of all documents and original will be couriered to you. Documents are Original Bill of Ladings, De Registration Certificate, Original Commercial/Sales Invoice, Insurance Certificate (if applicable) and Inspection Certificate (if applicable). 

If you require any other documents, kindly inform us before this.

Original Bill of Ladings are needed to clear the vehicle, please handle them with care and pass them to your custom agents to clear the vehicle.
